PM CHECK LIST
Sterilizer PM Kit (RPI Part #PCK232) for parts to fit the Delta AF10, XL 10 and Q10 sterilizers

Door Gasket PCG066 Remove the old door gasket. Clean the gasket groove
and chamber face ring surface. For easy installation of the new gasket, use the "star" or "North-South-East-West" method (ie. begin installing the gasket at the top of the door, then the bottom, then the left side, then the right side, and then everything in between making sure that the gasket fits flush without bumps or gaps).
Door Spacer PCS067 Take CAUTION when removing or installing the door
spacer - the door's tabs can be sharp. To install door spacer, place the spacer on and over the door tabs. The spacer MUST lie flat against the door.
Filter - Fill Line PCF009 Remove all trays from the chamber. Remove the (Sintered Bronze) chamber filter with the fill chamber tube. Clean chamber. Install new filter with the fill chamber tube, making sure that it is placed at the bottom and center of the chamber.
Filter In-Line Assembly PCF233 Remove Filter In-Line Assembly, located to the left of (Screen Type) the Filter - Fill Line (RPI Part #PCF009), by pulling the
small stainless steel handle. Install new filter by pushing it in to the Chamber Port.
Reservoir Filter Kit PCK167 Remove the sterilizer cover, drain and clean the reser-(Sintered Bronze) voir if necessary when removing the old reservoir filter. Be sure to install the new o-ring when installing the new filter. Refill with distilled water only.
HEPA Filter RPF644 Locate HEPA Filter and cut cable tie. Note the direction
of the arrow on the filter and remove tubing. Install new filter in the same direction as the old filter and mount with a new cable tie.
Compressor Filter SCF002 Remove pump filter cover. Remove filter and clean out
any dust or debris. Replace filter and the cover.
Sterilizer - After replacing the PM parts:
• If you have not yet checked and cleaned the Chamber and Reservoir, do so at this time. (Note: Debris is the number one reason for Solenoid Valve failure). • Refill reservoir with distilled water only. • Conduct a temperature check using a Max Register Thermometer (RPI Part #RPT113). • Conduct a pressure check to identify any leaks that may need to be addressed.
